A lower-risk first step

Assess the relationship through real work.

A capability deck cannot show how a team asks questions, handles uncertainty or makes progress visible. The seven-day pilot creates a small, controlled way to experience those behaviours.

Before work begins, we confirm one specialist, one outcome, the maximum five working days, appropriate access and what you should be able to review at the end.

How the trial works

From first conversation to an informed decision.

The exact work changes with the requirement. The operating path stays clear.

01

Check the fit

Share the problem, desired outcome, product context and practical constraints.

02

Agree the trial

Confirm a focused scope, intended output, access, working overlap and review criteria.

03

Work together

Collaborate directly with the assigned team and follow progress through agreed updates.

04

Review and decide

Examine the output, working relationship and recommendation before any longer commitment.

What to expect

A useful trial needs clear boundaries.

We shape the trial around one focused question or outcome. Larger programmes, production commitments and ongoing support are planned separately after the review.

Trial questions

Know the boundaries before you begin.

The written trial plan is the source of truth for your scope, timing and responsibilities.

Who is the 7-day risk-free pilot for?

It is intended for qualified new international clients who have a focused software, product, AI, quality or cloud requirement that can be explored meaningfully with one matched specialist.

What will be delivered during the trial?

We agree the trial objective, working scope, access needs and intended output before the trial begins. The output depends on the requirement and is confirmed in the written trial plan.

Do we have to continue after seven days?

No. The review is designed to help both teams decide whether to continue, adjust the approach or stop. Any longer engagement is proposed and agreed separately.

How do time zones work?

Before starting, we agree useful working-hour overlap, communication channels, update cadence and the people responsible for decisions on both sides.

Can the trial use our production systems or sensitive data?

Only when access and data handling are appropriate for the agreed scope. We prefer the minimum access and data necessary, with confidentiality and security expectations confirmed first.

Is every enquiry automatically accepted?

No. We first check fit, availability, scope and access. Eligibility and the final trial plan must be confirmed in writing before a start date is scheduled.

How does pilot payment work?

There is no upfront pilot fee. If you continue, the pilot is included in the first invoice. If you stop within the agreed pilot window, no pilot fee is charged. Ownership and permitted use of any substantive work product are confirmed in the written pilot plan.
